We have developed a new workshop for manufacture of wooden products, for which a suitable range of designs would be identified and created. Adult Education would provide training in woodcraft and use of tools.

Restoration of wooden furniture also has potential and could help to widen the profile of the project. We are seeking new ways of marketing this service.

This will result in a platform developed for learning the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• Furniture restoration skills
• woodworking skills
• handling and working with specific materials and equipment
